Hi and Happy Thanksgiving

Hi Guys!
I'm Dave and my neighbor talked me into geting a BPS. It arrived yesterday (the day before Thanksgiving). For our induction we are smoking a pair of each: Legs, Thighs, and Wings with an Apple and Maple Mix. I cannot wait! On the Weber we have a whole bird wit Hickory chunks.

Have a great Thanksgiving and if you live across the street form me: Michelle hates you right now because of the addiction you got me started on.

My wife was like that at first. She said " a smoker? why do we need a smoker?" After the first meal she's hooked! Now I get " hey what are you making on the smoker this week?" ;D
