About half of that hunk of meat got demolished at supper Saturday night (2 adults, 3 kids ages 5-10).  The remaining will be split between some choice CB sandwiches and corned beef hash which is another of those breakfast fav's around here, even my picky eater asks when I'm going to make it again.

This is good stuff.  The Sam's Choice Angus flats are pretty good, a bit pricey for brisket, but better than average too.
