Around here if I do not make it, I do not get BBQ. There just are not any places around to get it.

It actually wasnt too bad tonight.  I had hog shank, beef bbq, mac and cheese and mashed potatos.  The hog shank was really good.  The beef bbq, not so much.  It was pretty dry.  I need to figure out how they made the hog shank,  It was really tender and fell off the bone.
