How to make my GIF work again

My little sailboat stopped sailing in my avatar.  It works on my desktop.  It is working in photobucket.  It works on other forums yet it stopped working on this forum. At least it is not working on my screen.  I reloaded it to photobucket and updated my profile.  I even uploaded it to the forum site and it still is not working.  Anyone have any ideas as to why it stopped or what I need to do to start sailing again?

Edit ......In my profile it will not allow me to link to photobucket but I can use the GIF in my Sig.  Wonder if the size is too big.  If so, how do I shrink it.  I know.......cold water...  ;D

Yes, It works fine in the signature but it will no longer work in the avatar section.  It used to work there.  Now the profile will not allow me to link it there so had to move it to the bottom of the page to the signature section.

Copy it as a direct link for avatar and a html code for everything else.
