That is a lot more specific.  Might even get another big jug of peanut oil, and do this in the Turkey fryer outside when the kids come. Would be cooking for about 12, and that just might justify the purchase!

Bill don't over or under cook the bird. This is why I'm quoting myself:

I use the Reveo 1-2 times each week, and it's a great way to do a quick rub/marinade penetration just before a smoke in the BS when you don't have time to do it overnight.  

I've used it for the S+S smoked shrimp and scallops marinade (5 min) and it doesn't damage the shrimp or scallops at all.

Swordfish steaks last night in the reveo for 10 minutes before they were grilled.  Very slight damage to the smallest one but good stuff.  The reveo was a great investment.
