Well, I am very excited about my new Bradley digital smoker, despite the fact I think the heating element went out on my first use (second if you count seasoning).  Not positive that is what happened (I will ask that question on a different forum) but I went from 150 degrees to 74 with one hour still left on the oven timer.  Now it won't heat back up.  Looking forward to sharing some success stories down the road.  GBR.

Make sure the plugs are secure.

If you are electrically inclined, you can check the continuity of the element. If not, call Bradley.

Looks like it was a loose wire.  Thanks to all.  Happy Thanksgiving.

Welcome,
The first thing I had to do with my new smoker was call customer service because it wouldn't heat.
Ended up having to take apart the smoke generator and cutting a wire ty so the assembly would go back together without unplugging the power wire.
Put it back together and another wire had pulled off of the fuse.
Back apart and fixed that, now it works fine. Good ole Chinese assembly I suppose.
I was smoking and the unit wasn't even on yet!
I was waiting to vent that, Thanks.
NOW
Happy Smoking!
