Christmas Jerky

Nice looking jerky you got there!  I hear you on the sneaking stuff.  I think a Christmas gift formula would be I need to make X number of pounds of Y product multiply by 3 to allow for sneaking to end up with enough product for the gifts.  Another thing I have learned is if you make the stuff and put it in the freezer don't tell any one because it seems to vanish.   ;D
