Hi got a digital 6 rack from work and havent had time to use it but this weekend we are going to make some jerky but not sure what recipe to use and how to do it.Has anyone used the recipe that bradley has? Also how long to smoke it for and at what temp

SoCalBuilder

Welcome Brian. My first shot at jerky is coming soon. I ordered some dry seasonings/cure from Himtnjerky.com this week. In the past, I always used a dehydrator with a wet marinade that was heavy on the soy sauce. I think the salt in the sauce is what sort of 'cured' the meat.

Stay with this forum and you'll get a wealth of info and advice. Looking forward to your results and the pics. to go with it.

Welcome to the forum, you're going to love the jerky that comes out of the Bradley. I've made it many times and never had any complaints.
