I meant to send this yesterday, but I was searching the web to see where I could purchase one. All my searches kept bringing me back to this site http://www.artlebedev.com/portfolio/optimus/ , so I still don't know were to buy one.

I think something like this would definitely improve your online gaming. I'm not an online gamer, but this keyboard is way too cool not to have. There goes my ProCom 4 money [:(]

Looks like you will have to E-mail them. <blockquote id="quote"><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" id="quote">quote:<hr height="1" noshade id="quote">It's in the initial stage of production.

<b><font color="red">We hope it will be released in 2006. </font id="red"></b>

It will cost less than a good mobile phone.

It will be real.

It will be OS-independent (at least it's going to be able to work in some default state with any OS).

It will support any language or layout.

Moscow is the capital of Russia.

Each key could be programmed to produce any sequence.

It will be an open-source keyboard, SDK will be available.

Some day it will be split (and made "ergonomic").

It will most likely use the OLED technology (e-paper is sooo slow).

Our studio is located two blocks from the Kremlin.

It will feature a key-saver.

Keys could be animated when needed.

It has a numeric keypad because we love it.

There's no snow in Moscow in summer.

It will be available worldwide (why not?)

OEM is possible (why not?)

Looks like the next thing to put on a wish list. I would write them and ask them to let you know when it is going to come out.

Olds,
Thanks. I didn't see that sentence that it will out in 2006. The estimated cost of a good mobile phone covers a lot of ground. That could be anywheres from $200 - $400. I'm going to send them an e-mail and asked them to notify me when it hits the market.
