I just received a OBS for christmas. I have been on here reading for the past 3 days. I have alot to learn!

Thank you for the warm welcomes, I just ordered some much needed things from Allied Keneco, dual probe eletronic IT temp gauge, sausage making products and a few other gadgets that the forum reccomended in general. I was able to season the smoker but still have not had a chance to smoke some food. What is an easier starter for a rookie?

A whole Chicken is pretty easy, or a pork butt - pork butt takes a lot longer than a chicken.
