I'm not really a new-comer to the forum.  I've been smoking and posting for about 2 years now.  I guess it's time to introduce myself.  I'm Rick and I live just south of St Louis, MO.  I absolutely love my Bradley Digital 6 Rack Smoker.  I just finished smoking 4 pounds of Cheddar today.  The only advice I have for any newbies is to ask, ask and ask some more.  You wouldn't believe the knowledge on this forum.  If it can't be answered here, then it's not worth being answered.  Happy New Year to all!

Happy New Year back at you Rick.  It there's two things we all have in common it's BS (Bradley Smokers) and FOOD.
