Anyone else like me that has a list of items they want to try smoking in the weekends to come?  Seems like so many things to smoke and so little time.  I really need to write my list down so I can decide what I'm going to smoke next.

unless it is a special request, i usually smoke whatever happens to be on sale that week.

I smoke whatever suits my fancy at the time - usually brisket, Sam's prime beef butt, or ribs.  Butts and appetizers if company is coming or I have a get together to cook for.   I tend to get creative when I do a cook for my fly fishing buddies or a contest.

I have a list as well as smoke what ever happens to strike my fancy at the time.  Not that it is cold here getting to cold smoke things off my list.
