I smoked five chickens with (yall hold yer breath) MESQUITE!!!(?)

I made sure that I only smoked for 2 hours during an 8 hour cook.  The chicken was falling apart after 3 hours FTC. (Texas Crutch - thank you Food Network)

The jalapenos were small this week at Kroger.  I suppose there has to be an end to the season.  I will check the local farmers market this weekend.
