Back in the Game

Well it has been since Nov. 25th i think that i did my last smoke. Element went out right about the time our thanksgiving turkey finished, and that's about when winter set in.

Yesterday was mid 50s to 60s and finally got my dbs cooking again.

No pics as I took befores, but forgot to take afters so i deleted them.

Did 2 boulders and some beef ribs. 2hr 40 min oak.

Everything turned out great and now i have lunch meat for who knows how long!

Great to be back in the game!

it was starting to make me a bit stir crazy.

yesterday was an awesome day though. all the prep and excitement. makes the mess in the end all worth while.
