Sorry for the late response, it is a 5 gallon paint bucket from Lowes.  Thankfully I have an extra fridge in the garage that I can fit the bucket into...

I think the turkey was less than 15 lbs but I honestly don't recall.  I really go by the internal temp more so than time.  My times were likely approximated..
