Mmmm you got some nice color on that stuff Rick.

LQ I have to include Provolone every time I smoke cheese. The wife Loves it!! I mix in some Smoked Provolone with the American when I make grilled cheese sandwiches. Wow they are really good.

Round is Amish longhorn
white square is roasted garlic/cheddar
yellow square is cheddar/pepperoni

That cheddar/pepperoni sounds good, gona have to find some of that.

NePaS............That cheddar with pepperoni will be good as a grilled cheese sandwich and as a topping on a pizza!!!  Let the drooling commence!!!

Amish longhorn is a new one to me.
