how long in the Bradley do you smoke them for?? thinking about doing some soon..thanks in advance

Hi broken,

depending on your taste you can smoke them 2 - 3 hours and then cook them to an IT of 152. In the sausages link on this forum the top post is a great step by step approach to making sausage by Kevin G...salute!!

LJ are heavy smoked. Put like 4-6 hours to em.
