My daughter is having a party tonight and asked me if i could do a cheese/meat tray......Sure Nuff  ;D

Cheese was smoked in Nov, Sausage just a couple weeks ago.


Apple smoked provalone with head country rub.



Garlic/pepper SS



Ring Bologna
