Gun Powder Gun Shot Poke Shoulder !

They just arrived in the mail and i had this hunk of pork just hanging around ;D

I injected it with the Gun shot

Then i rubbed it down with the Gun Powder


I will keep you updated its cooking nowand i will add pictures at the end. ;D
In the smoker

As it went from the rack to the foil it started to pull the bone

I wrapped it in foil and put it in the oven at 200 and went to bed at 2 AM 19 hours cooking
time and 5 more at 200 in the oven well here it is in its own juice no sauce !


I will say this is the best pulled pork i have made

Put it in the oven and went to bed. Glad I thought of it. ;D I should have gone to bed well before I finish that 2 liters of beer and half a bottle of Amarula cream last night. Uugh I don't feel so good. But your butt looks great....ok that didn't sound right, you know what I meant.
