Whole Bunch of Brats...

We had two boston butts that my oldest son brought down to the house last night and said they would like some brats made up...so here they are...I did sample a little piece...goooooood.. about 10 lbs were made..

I've seen many variations for brat ingredients in the books I've been reading on the subject.

I hope you kept a couple of them to fire up on that new Traeger..

Pellet cooked brats = some kind of wonderful.

Yep!!! I did..there are sauteed onions and peppers under that Brat...Goooood eatin...
