Decided to try a Pork Shoulder today. Out of the freezer


Injected with my Roxy's Saturday Night Special & some gunpowder

Trying my new Auber out


In the smoker


12 Hours later it came out and now it is FTC till the morning

The pid is the best investment anyone can buy for their smoker.

Had a bag full of leftovers and brought them into work for the boys, it was like watching a bunch of seagulls going at it :D
