Faulty smoke generator

In the middle of the Easter turkey smoke I discovered the smoke gen was not advancing pucks unless you pressed the manual adv button.It took some extra attention but the bird turned out great.Bradley was most helpful and replaced the whole unit and said keep the old one for spare parts.The new unit is tested ok and I've got plans for some triple cold smoked Buckboard bacon.Bradley Really knows what customer service is all about.

Yes...it does not get better than Bradley for great customer service. The people at Auberins are great to deal with also ;D
