Im trying to find out if it would be possible if instead of using foil after i have smoked my meat using a tagine(morrocan cooking pot) that keeps all of the moisture within the meat, would this be possible. The pot fits in if the top shelf is taken out and has been heat tested so shouldnt crack.

any thought please let me know

cheers

I've looked at those...   Interesting.

I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I'd give it a try for sure.  Cook up a little couscous too  ;D

Are you cooking in the Tagine? or just putting it over the meat after the cook? I don't see much smoke getting through the lid if it is on during the cook ;D
