Was reading the Bradley tuna brine, and this question came to mind. So when you put your fish(or whatever) in overnight how many hours is that exactly?

What's your thoughts?

I'm gonna guess 12 hours assuming a guy would put in at 5 and take it out 5. Or it could be somewhere between 8 and 10 hours.

tsquared

I'd say between 8 and 10 hours.

It really depends on how flavorful you want fish to be. I would think leaving the tuna in the brine for 12 hours may be a tad salty.
I would try for about 8 hours to start and go from there.

Overnight is when you have to borrow her toothbrush.

Overnight is when you come home to find your clothes in the street.
