Kenno

Hi everyone, I just found this forum and had to register and become part of the action.  I recently purchased the Digital Bradley Smoker and have used it only once.  I was satisfied with my first batch of pork chops and pork loin but learned I had a the smoke a little too strong for my liking.  I still use a propane smoker from another brand with great results, had to have one for home and one for the camper.  Always looking for great rib and pork rub for roasts (pulled pork).  Any tips or hints are welcome and appreciated.  Thanks and take care...One more thing, how do I post pictures of some goodies from the smoker?

Hi Kenno and welcome to the forum.

You can reduce the smoking time for less of a smoke taste.  Also, apple for example, is a lighter smoke and goes well with pork chops and loin.
