Got any jerky in that bad boy yet?

I have one of those from sausagemaker. Mine is the older version where the controls are knobs instead of digital though. One thing to watch for. If you start losing power, take the control panel cover off and look at the circuit board. Sometimes the soldering job is not quite up to par. :-\,
However it took me from 8 to 12 hours per load down to 4 hours. For all the jerky I was making at the time, it tripled my output.  One other thought, get the mats to go on the trays, or maybe frog mats would work here also. Makes a big difference.

The four tray I bought at WllyWorld turn my jerky in 4 hours per load.  Nice looking machine ya got there.
