It's good to be back!!!

Didn't have any plans for this long weekend so I decided to stop by costco on my way home from work on Friday. I picked up 2 packs of wings (104 wings to be exact), 1 pack of back ribs, 1 pack of side ribs and a giant piece of beef tenderloin.  I smoked the wings on Sat and had some for dinner. Vac sealed the rest and into the freezer.  I smoked the ribs on Sun and had those for dinner.  Had some more for dinner tonight.  I'll vac seal and freeze the left overs tomorrow when I cut up the tenderloin.  Grilled tenderloin tomorrow.  Can't wait. 
Man I missed my smoker.   Both the wings and ribs turned out great.

I've been good.  Real busy with work so not much time for smokin'.   Plus the weather has been terrible around here.  How bout you?

Same here...  Busier than a pair of jumper cables at a used car lot!
Breaking my smoker out ASAP!!!
