Bradley Cust Service A+++

We all know how great Bradley customer service is and again here is another.

I had a small piece break off my 6 rack, the lower left corner of the bottom lip. Really no biggie and not affecting the performance of my smoker. Just sent Brian a pic and asked if they have seen this.

Brian replied jokingly.....You need to stop beating your smoker up  ;)

Brian said call the office and yesterday i received the lower plate.
