Screw Up?

I screwed up tonight. Put chicken in, had to go out for a bit (ok beer run) got back an hour later. Checked on the chicken; no smoke! Imma dummass I forgot ta flip da switch! So then I turned it on, let 'em smoke for an hour, (it was gettin' late by then), after that I put 'em in foil and let 'em go on the grill for a 1/2 hour. Then out of the foil and on the grill with my sauce (on another thread) for a bit... they still turned out awesome!!! I've yet to have a bad experience with this thing (OBS)!!! Sorry for lack of pics... you just have to take my word for it!
