I am new to this forum but I really enjoy all the post's. I have my Digital Bradley Smoker for a number of years now. The smoker works well and most of the time does a good job. I smoke mainly whitefish, salmon, lake trout, pork tenderloins and sausages. My fish I catch in lake Ontario, Georgian bay and lakes in northern Ontario.
I like to thank all you guys and girls for the mass of info you put on the forum. One can learn a lot.
