I've got an old Polish lady that lives down the road from me and she does here summer sausage that way but she has a tin tube and she cooks it in the tube standing up on a rack.

Bet the tube is older than me.  ;D

Well if i'm feeling lazy i just plug the 6 rack or MAK in, If i feel like charcoal the pr36

Dont know whats going with the fattys yet

I can make a second adaptor plate with a 2 inch bulkhead fitting. then you could use your cannon to make the 2 inch fatty by the mile.
