Making cookies
The ingredients


A 20-quart mixer



12.75 Cups of Flour
9 cups of sugar (1/2 Brown and 1/2 white)
1 dozen eggs
12 sticks of butter
4.5 lbs of chocolate chips
2T baking soda
2T Salt
2T Vanilla






27 dozen cookies

That's a boatload of cookies! Is that 20 qt mixer the bad boy Hobart? I helped a friend with a monster bread order on one of those. Very impressive.

Yes, that is a 20-quart Hobart. The one next to it in the pic is a kitchen-aid.

We could have easily made twice as many.

based on last year, the batch we made will be about half of what we need, but we shall see.

There are also 300 moooink balls I made up last night.

I think they are quite a bit more than that!!!! I have seen used ones go for that price.

I know they are pricey but built like tanks.  I won't have one anytime soon.   This might be one toy I can't justify to the hubby.
