Did anyone catch the rerun of the Jimtown Store (Highway 128 in Healdsburg, CA) episode on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives Monday night.  They go outback of the store and they are using a Bradley Digital smoker.  Couldn't tell if it way the 4 or 6 rack model.  I suspect it was the 6 rack but not sure.  You clearly saw the Bradley logo on the door.  Looks like an interesting place to eat.

I love watching the cooking shows.  I love the reaction the host has after tasting the cooks food.  They act like whatever they just tried is BETTER THEN SEX!!!  (NOT!!!)   ::) ::) ::)

Hey, thanks for the link to the Youtube spot. I'll watch it again and take some notes. I'm especially interested in how much time he puts into cooking the brisket. Seems like it is in for a relatively short amount of time.

Thanks again!

He is smoking the butt for 5 hours in the Bradley and then the butt is braised for 3 hours in the oven. So that would explain how it only takes him 8 hours to get it done. Looks like really good chili ;D
