Whats meat to fat ratio

Whate the meat to fat ratio in a pork butt? Going to try some trail and it says 80/20 ground pork. Figured pork but would be close. Any one know?

Normally its 80% lean and 20% fat


Say your doing 5 lbs of trail.

Use 3.5 lean GB and 1.5 pork butt. I have used 4 lb GB and 1 lb butt with great success. Also have done many times just plain 80/20 GB.
