We stayed at the lake and i did chicken on the grill one night and it was a big hit

it was nice and crispy

That is a cast iron grill grate and here is my camp set-up

We did alot of cooking out at the lake on the forth we had ribs beef roast and bacon wrapped beans

Wholy cow,that chicken looks good and the rest of the food was awesome. Nice camping set up too. Glad you got to try the Mies!!!! I tried the wyoming seasonings and they were Great, Thanks!!!
