Hello all, Got my first Bradley smoker from Amazon three weeks ago.  Tried smoking ribs with it, did not turn out very well.  I was having some temp issues.  Amazon sent a new one right away and I just smoked the best tritip ever.  Just want to thank everyone for all the helpful info. Oh the possibilities!!!  I have to go smoke something I don't know what, but I am gonna smoke it. ;D

Welcome! Woo hoo that makes 2 of us in this great state! Lol at least on this site that I know of!  Please tell us more....what type of Bradley, original or digital?  Ask questions...this is a real helpful group here.  Most of us have had "issues" and someone is always willing to help and give advice or what has worked for them.  As someone has said here, "we eat our mistakes"!  Have fun and enjoy!

Thanks everybody.  I have the Jim Beam digital 4 rack.  I must be doing something right,  The wife has been following me around with a bottle of BBQ sauce.  I am afraid to go to sleep.  Looking forward to doing some cheese as soon as the Thunder storms blow thru.
