A friend sent me a packet of rib/butt rubb a while back and he goes by nepis or Rick. Finally got a chance to use it. Darn good ribs, they never got plated as they ended cut up and poo poos with company over ;) ;) ;)





Little apple chips to get things started







They never made it to the plate they deserved but had many compliments and they were damb good :)
