Leftover Thursday

Still drying out, so looked in the fridge and threw some stuff together:
Fried up some: sliced homemade kielbasa, sliced red onions, chopped green onions, diced salami, bologna, capicola and a bunch of spices.
Made some syracuse potatoes using mini-potatoes, added butter and sour cream
Made some Italian "greens" using spinach.
Everything together ready to eat:


Based upon weather reports, should be able to do some bradley smoking and break in my SRG this weekend.
