Meatloaf in the OBS

Tryed doing meatloaf used 2 lbs of hamburger half a onion 2 cloves of garlic 2 oz of worsy sauce 2 eggs and some crushed up ritz crackers and seasoning oh yes and a pound of bacon :) Gave it 2 hours of hickory

Cooked it till a I.T of 160 took 4 hours

Sliceing it up was very moist

Add baked tater and some corn on the cob

FYI, there is a post in the recipe site on doing a basket weave with the bacon.
