good evening,
hello to all from the great white north, edmonton, alberta, canada
my new bradley digital smoker should be waiting for me when i get home
just cruising around, looking at recipes and how to's, trying to gain some
knowledge before i start
from what i've seen this is an amazing and helpful forum!!!

Welcome to the forum.
You have bought one of the best smokers for the price. Unfortunately you might have gotton one with the bad elements. Good for about 4 smokes and they are dead. Do yourself a faver and order a new element. 13 bucks will save you from coming on here and saying WTF.
Bradley will good for a new one but for 13 bucks out of your pocket it will save you from your first family get together and nothing to show for it. Other than that check out the recipe site and start smoking.

Oh and I don't have any problems with the bradley smoker but I just hate to see new owners post three weeks later and say WTF....my element just went out. Happy smoking
