New Toy for my Bradley......Hmmmmmmmmmm Chicken

Well I received a New Toy the other day and I've not had a chance to try it out until now.

Lets start off with the Spices and Protein that we are going use on this smoke.

Medium Wing Sauce (I used a Kroger Brand) and John Henry's Chicken Tickler Rub Seasoning.

About 4.5 lbs of Chicken Legs.

Placing the legs into a bowl and add the Wing Sauce...

then add the seasoning.

Time for the New Toy!!

Looks like this will work but will it fit into my Bradley. Hmmmmmmm

Nice! Can't go wrong with yard bird legs. I also like to wrap them with BACON. Mmmmmmm.

I had to bend the base a little by applying pressure to the corners - wasn't much.

I think I'm going to bend it a little more and let it rest on a rack.

Cool. We do some 'chicken leg' parties for MrsSTC's kids a few times a year. I could really pile some on using a few of those.

I reworked the Wing Rack...

So now you can make a single rack or a double rack.

You can place 2 racks (single or double) in the Bradley OBS/D 4rack or 3 racks (single or double) in the Bradley D 6 rack.

This is a single but you can add two to one Bradley rack.
