sending the sons and daughter a big bag of pistachios this weekend  down with Carla.
Used the vac marinater this time and it worked very well, no liquid left when I was done tumbling them :)

bought 3 bags at sams last time ;)
that's the only way I'm going to get some
had a little carry over from the jalapeno jar.
into the marinater with seemores mix

tumbling

20 min later going into the bradley

bagged up and ready for the road trip

Just remember to tel them that sucking on the shells before opening is all part of the experience!! They look great
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

KyNola

Mmmmm, blazing pistachios.  Totally awesome.

It's a 'maranade master' my daughter got for me last Christmas, I think they are under $100. works really well the few times I've used it so far, but I'm finding more uses for it like the nuts it worked real well.
