Hello, I am a newbie OBS owner. In researching for a smoker to buy this forum was one of the reasons I bought a Bradley. There seems to be a lot of helpful advice and believe me I'll need it.

Due to our lovely northeast weather I have already ordered the 900w heating element and I'm patiently waiting for that to arrive.

I do have a few operating questions but will wait until I try things out a few more times.

Thank you all. I am sure I will push the no question is a stupid one envelope. I'm lucky so far to break 50/50 on this site's posting verification.

Good manners would tell me to say I'm sorry to Vancouver for the Bruins but that would be a lie. That was a heck of an enjoyable run last spring.
