We did a test run on some fruit dehydrating today and this new dehydrator works well...we use to do lots of fruit but over the years we got away from it, but this came out real well...so we tried some Kiwi and apples...

The Kiwi came out real well as did the apples.. after we peeled and sliced the apples we put them in the bowl with some water and a few squirts of lemon to keep the apples from turning brown...
the next apples we do we will sprinkle some cinnamon on them...Oh !!! we had the temp set at 135 and time 7 hours...

looks good gary.
when i do fruit, normally pineapple slices and apples. i save the pineapple juice and put the pealed /sliced apples in it for a couple minutes then into the dehydrator. may try the lemon juice next time as well.
