So I take it
That u can use this as a BBQ sauce or you can cover a piece of pig,
Yard bird or cow, rocks, scrap iron, or anything else you like and smoke it. So it will not burn?

You can NOT use it like a normal BBQ sauce. It does have flour in it so you must put it on before you cook not after.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

And dont put it in a pan and boil it....YIKES

You have a giant CT mess.

Yep, it is a cooking sauce.   Slather it on ribs/chicken/turkey/pork butt *before* you smoke it.

That's why this place is the best. Ask and you shall receive.

Smokin Soon

At first I just used it on a butt instead of cym. Then marinade pork chops. Then marinade chops with my fav rub mixed in. Then on wings with rub, soy and 7-up for a marinade. Then with pork roast, mixed a paste with ct, rub, maple syrup. Then with meatloaf. Then with any kind of sausage. Then as as a mop mixed with spiced wine vinegar. Then I put in beer & onions with some gunpowder to plump up my brats before grilling. Probably more that I forgot....... ;D

I have done all the above (except heating in a pan and making glue) along with mixing with some butter and injecting into poultry.
