Tonights Dinner

Had a Tri-Tip for dinner tonight and it was gooooooooooood!

A dusting of GP



Let come to room temp wile the smoker was warmin up and threw on some taters.



After 3 hr Pecan.



Let rest for 30 min in PTM (plastic towel microwave)







Dinner time!



Smoked Tri-Tip N taters with steamed veggies covered with cheese sauce.

Dont get any better than that!
