I just ordered my Bradley Smoker 6-Rack Digital today.  It will be arriving in about 5 days.  I am super excited.  I own a vertial propane smoker that has served me well but it is falling apart.  So I moving on to bigger and better things :)

I am super excited to make my first smoked food!!! 

What does everyone do to season your smoker?
