Would someone like to weigh in on your favorite way to serve tri tip?  Do you like it sliced thin for sandwiches or sliced a bit thicker for steaks?  What type of condiments do you like with it?  Thanks in advance!

Slices to go with some loaded mashed haters and some fresh green beans cooked in a skillet with fresh garlic, onion, evoo, butter, bacon, sea salt and fresh ground pepper. :)

Sliced thin on a roll with good bbq sauce and/or horseradish cream. And fresh raw onions.
