Ribs with Jan's rub for dinner tonight

Never tried Jan's rub before and thought it was time. Ribs where in the smoker for 7 hours. Laid out dinner in front of my 8 year old boy and he said to his buddies on X-Box live he had to leave because he had a really good dinner in front of him and had to eat it. Makes it all worth while when you hear stuff like that.

Ribs before they went into the smoker, all rubbed down.


Out of the smoker. Hard to tell from the pic but the meat was pulled back from the bone.


My sons plate that didn't last very long  ;D

How did you fix them? Did you wrap in foil or just leave in smoker for 7 hours at low temp? I'm waiting on my smoker to get here so I can try some ribs!
