I'm new to smokers my wife gave me about $400.00 in bass pro cards so I thought I would start hear and ask around about the smokers they have for sale. I hunt and fish so I would like to try and smoke some of my kills. I take my meat to processor to have smoked summer sausage and other things. But i'm wanting to try it my self. any help and info will be apperacheated.
